At ICU Clinic, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds of products or services purchased through our platform.
You can return a product if it meets all the following conditions:
The product was delivered in the last 7 days
It is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
You have the original invoice or proof of purchase
The product is not listed under non-returnable items
Certain types of items or services are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Health care services already availed
Customized or special-order items
Perishable goods such as medicines
Items on sale or discounted under promotional offers
Gift cards or digital/downloadable items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@icu.clinic with photo evidence of the damage and your invoice.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after the mentioned period:
First, re-check your bank account or payment app
Contact your credit card or bank company (processing time varies)
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at billing@icu.clinic
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if prepaid).

Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our team.
All return and refund requests are subject to verification. ICU Clinic reserves the right to refuse any refund or return request that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
